Ceramic Persimmon, Hand-painted

Great ceramic reproduction of a persimmon or a kaki fruit handmade in Spain. Our artist Armando makes these great reproductions with Portuguese white clay and then paints them, he grows his own vegetables and makes casts of them, he really has an eye for colour and glazing, resulting in very realistic vegetables and fruits. This is a 100% handmade ceramic persimmon made in his atelier near Sevilla. This type of piece has different color hues trying to mimic the original ones, some pieces like this ceramic khaki have a hole to increase stability when placed on a surface. All fruits are hollow.
