Refund policy
Feste will accept returns 7 days after the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, minus the price of return shipping if you purchased online. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased online can be returned in store or vice versa if you're within the 7 day period from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. À la carte items must be returned in the original packaging. Products cannot be used, removed from its vendor packaging or damaged in any way. If you receive a damaged product, you must alert us within 24 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for refund or replacement. Our Vintage items, including Kid Sister Sweat Shirts, are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. If you’d like to know more about the condition of an item in advance of purchasing, please email hello@lovefeste.com and we’ll make sure you have the information you need.

We are only able to accept returns from order placed directly online at www.lovefeste.com or purchased in our shop.
We are not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages. You must file a claim directly with your shipper.
