We took the Yucatán's most emblematic Honey, Dzidzilché (foraged solely from Gymnopodium floribundum, a sacred tree native to the Peninsula), and infused it with smoked Morita Chiles. Pure, monofloral, and intense, it becomes an elixir of slow, savory, smoked warmth folded into deep floral sweetness. Drizzle over a cheese board, stone fruit, fried chicken, or the rim of a cocktail.

Made with Mestiza de Indias, every jar supports local Indigenous beekeepers in the Yucatán and helps protect the endangered Melipona stingless bee, an ancient pollinator tied to Mayan culture.
